To report a claim, you have the option of contacting the company direct or contacting our office at 480.264.6226 during normal business hours (M-F 8:30AM – 5:00PM) for assistance. Our goal is to get a claims person in touch with you as soon as possible.
In the event a claim occurs after normal business hours, please click on the Companies link for a list of many of the companies we represent. Locate the company you need, click on their Consumer web address, and you will be directed to the most up-to-date Claim and Contact information.
